Why Employers Choose Us

We do what other agencies don't

We're a GTA-based team with real knowledge of local markets, labour availability, and the compliance rules that protect your business.

🛡️

You Stay Compliant

As of July 2024, Ontario businesses can face penalties for knowingly using unlicensed agencies. We're fully licensed, WSIB-registered, and ESA-compliant — so you're protected.

Fast Response, Fast Fill

Most agencies take days just to respond. We typically return calls within the hour, deliver shortlists within 48 hours, and place workers within 3–5 business days.

💰

Zero Payroll Overhead

We handle payroll, WSIB premiums, source deductions, T4s, and HR paperwork. You get one invoice per pay period. No expanding your HR function to grow your workforce.

🔍

Pre-Screened Workers

Every candidate has been interviewed, reference-checked, and (where applicable) credential-verified. No surprises, no no-shows, no "resume fiction."

🔄

Flexible Arrangements

Hourly, weekly, monthly, or temp-to-perm — we adapt to how you want to work. Need to convert a great worker to full-time? Simple, transparent conversion fees.

📞

Real People, Real Support

A worker no-shows at 6am? Call us and we'll handle it. You're not talking to a call centre — you're talking to a GTA-based team that actually knows your account.

📦 Warehouse & Logistics

Keep your distribution moving

Peak Season Ramp-Up

The challenge: A 3PL provider in Mississauga needed 25 additional pickers/packers for Q4 peak season. Their prior agency had delivered unreliable workers with high no-show rates, and they were worried about hitting Amazon/Shopify SLAs.

How we helped
Delivered all 25 workers over 5 days. Attendance was 94% across the 10-week assignment. Client retained 4 top performers as permanent full-time hires in February.
🏭 Manufacturing & Industrial

Skilled workers for your production floor

From food processing plants to auto parts manufacturers, GTA's industrial sector demands workers who show up, know the safety basics, and can contribute from day one. That's what we deliver.

Second Shift Launch

The challenge: A food manufacturer in Brampton won a major grocery contract and needed to add an entire second shift — 18 production line workers plus 2 supervisors — within 3 weeks, or they'd lose the contract.

How we helped
Full second shift staffed and trained within 2.5 weeks. All workers had WHMIS and food safety basics prior to start. Client ran contract successfully and has since expanded to a third shift.
💪 Light Industrial & General Labour

Reliable general labour on demand

Some jobs need capable, willing hands — fast. Whether it's sorting, cleaning, moving, or supporting a larger operation, we deliver general labour staff who show up and get to work.

Emergency Inventory Sort

The challenge: A retail distributor in Etobicoke had a damaged-goods incident after a storm and needed 12 general labourers to sort through 40,000 units of inventory in 48 hours — before insurance assessors arrived.

How we helped
Full crew on-site within 6 hours. Job completed 4 hours ahead of deadline. Client now uses us for all surge and emergency labour needs.
🍽️ Hospitality & Food Service

Event & restaurant staffing that delivers

Hospitality runs on timing. A no-show server ruins an event; a missing line cook derails service. We understand that, and we staff accordingly — with workers who are trained, presentable, and reliable.

Weekend Banquet Marathon

The challenge: A downtown Toronto banquet hall had 3 events booked over 2 days — a wedding (250 guests), a corporate gala (180 guests), and a birthday (120 guests). They needed 15 servers, 4 line cooks, and dishwashers for each event.

How we helped
Full crew coordinated across all 3 events. Zero no-shows across the weekend. Client put us on permanent rotation for all weekend bookings going forward.

12-Month Mat Leave Coverage

The challenge: A North York professional services firm needed coverage for their senior receptionist — a polished, client-facing role. The previous agency placement hadn't worked out and they were skeptical about trying again.

How we helped
Delivered a shortlist of 3 pre-screened candidates within 48 hours. Client interviewed all 3 and hired the top choice on Thursday — she started the following Monday. Smooth 12-month assignment, zero client-relationship disruption.

Questions Employers Ask

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions we hear most often.

How quickly can you get workers to my site?
For most common roles (warehouse, general labour, hospitality, office), we can typically place workers within 48–72 hours of a confirmed request. Same-day or next-day placement is often possible for urgent needs — just call us.
How does your pricing work?
We charge a single bill-rate per hour that includes the worker's wage, statutory employer costs (CPP, EI, WSIB, vacation pay), and our service margin. No hidden fees, no surprise invoices. Rates depend on role complexity and duration — we'll quote transparently on our first call.
Who employs the worker — you or me?
For temporary and contract placements, we are the employer of record. Workers are on our payroll, covered by our WSIB, and we issue their T4s. You direct their work at your site, but all the HR administration sits with us.
What if a worker doesn't work out?
Simple — just call us. For temporary assignments, we'll replace them quickly, often same-day. For permanent placements, we offer a guarantee period during which we'll replace a placed candidate at no additional charge if they don't work out.
Can I hire a temp worker permanently?
Absolutely — that's our Temp-to-Permanent service. It's actually one of the smartest ways to hire. You get to work with someone for a while, see how they perform, and then convert them to a full-time employee with a clear, reasonable conversion fee.
Are you properly licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a valid Temporary Help Agency license under Ontario's Employment Standards Act, which is a legal requirement as of July 2024 for any THA operating in Ontario. We're also WSIB-registered and carry appropriate liability insurance. Ontario has a public registry where you can verify any THA's licensing status.
